Order Cancellation Policy

1.1 Order cancellation requests can be submitted via email.

We accept cancellations up to 48 hours after the order confirmation. In this case, we will be able to cancel the order and refund you in full.

1.2 After the 48-hour deadline, a 5% service fee of the order amount will be deducted from the refund.

1.3 Refunds will be made within 3 to 5 business days following the receipt of the returned items or the cancellation of the order.

Return Policy

2.1 Items cannot be returned; sale is final.

Shipping Policy

3.1 Each product is made after the order is received. We generally ship orders within 4 to 6 business weeks following the order receipt to allow for production time.

3.2 We offer free standard shipping for a few products.
