Order Cancellation Policy
1.1 Order cancellation requests can be submitted via email.
We accept cancellations up to 48 hours after the order confirmation. In this case, we will be able to cancel the order and refund you in full.
1.2 After the 48-hour deadline, a 5% service fee of the order amount will be deducted from the refund.
1.3 If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow our return policy to return the items and receive a refund.
1.4 Refunds will be made within 3 to 5 business days following the receipt of the returned items or the cancellation of the order.
Return Policy
2.1 Items can be returned within 10 days of receiving the order.
2.2 Items must be returned in good condition, in their original packaging, and with all accessories and documents included.
2.3 If the returned item is deemed damaged, Super Sunday reserves the right to refuse a refund.
2.4 Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
2.5 Once we have received and inspected the returned items, we will refund the amount paid for the items, minus the initial shipping fees.
Shipping Policy
3.1 Each product is made after the order is received. We generally ship orders within 4 to 6 business weeks following the order receipt to allow for production time.
3.2 We offer free standard shipping for all orders.
